DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL CONTENT SALES

MOLVERINE CORP  specializes in digital products, specifically browser-based games. Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted or a digital key is delivered, the product is considered "used," and the sale is final.

2. NO-REFUND POLICY (U.S. & GENERAL)

For customers residing outside the European Union, all sales of digital products are non-refundable. Once you purchase the game and receive access, you waive any right to a refund unless the product is technically defective and cannot be repaired.

3. EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for digital content:

  • You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content upon purchase.

  • You acknowledge that by starting the game or accessing the digital content, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • If you have NOT yet accessed, played, or activated the game, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

We want you to have a great experience with our detective game. If the product is technically non-functional (e.g., it does not load due to a server-side error or a critical bug), please contact us:

We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue. If we are unable to provide a working version of the game within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

5. CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your game account and legal action by MOLVERINE CORP.
